RECOMMENDATION

Kit 2 flows valves (high flow and low flow) also making cut-off valve is composed to:

• 2 flanged valves
  • 1 high flow valve, normally closed, ball valve in 316 L stainless steel, full bore, equipped with a pneumatic actuator single acting. The whole ball valve is used as a high-flow valve and cut-off valve and will be mounted before the flexible.
  • 1 low flow valve, normally open ball valve 316 L stainless steel, full bore, equipped with a double acting pneumatic actuator. The whole ball valve is used as a low flow valve will be mounted before the hose. 
• 1 valves support
• 1 connecting bridge

The kit valves 2 flows allows:

• To improve the repeatability of weighing using a low flow after filling
• Avoid sudden movements in early filling
• The gradual increase in pressure from the fluid system
• To isolate the product circuit during a change of cane or maintenance on the product circuit

• Feed rate recommendation: 10 m3 / hour at 3 bar.

The product feed can be:

• Gravity (hydrostatic pressure)
• By pressurizing air or nitrogen (maximum pressure 2 bars depending on your installation, ERIMAC recommends a water hammer arrestor device).
• When the power is supplied by a pump, it must be equipped with :
  • bypass: device limiting the pressure at the outlet (with relief valve back to the tank to prevent the pump pressure rises during the transition to low flow by severe restriction of the passage)
  • Control by dimmer to ensure a small flow controlled the ERIFUT station.
  • The best case being to have both devices (bypass and dimmer).
