ERIFUT RPCL T

DESCRIPTION

The ERIFUT RPCL-T is a mobile filling table. It allows the unitary packaging of non-foaming liquid products, without introduction of the dosage cannula.

• The filling is carried out automatically according to a target unit weight :
  • From 200 g to 6 kg in Legal Metrology ERIFUT RPC-T-3/6.
  • From 2 kg to 15 kg in Legal Metrology ERIFUT RPCL-T-6/15.
• The operator positions his can under the dosing cannula, he starts the automatic filling cycle: taring, filling, stopping at the target weight.

AREAS OF USE

• Atmosphere without specific constraint.
• Atmosphere with specific constraint for use in chemical, food or pharmaceutical environments. For example: clean room iso7 or laboratory class D, constraint GMP, ASM BPE, etc.

FONCTIONS

• The filling device is manually adjustable by indexable levers. The cover area completely covers the surface of the weighing, allowing different types of packaging and different insertion directions (left or right handed) :
  • Adjusting the height (Z-axis) of the dosing cannula.
  • Rotation and translation adjustments (X-axis, Y-axis) of the dosage cannula.
• The pointing device is manually adjustable by indexable levers :
  • Adjusting the height (Z-axis) in relation to the dosage cannula.
  • Adjusting the translation (Y axis) with respect to the dosage cannula.

• Filling automatic mode (manual release and automatic stop) with double control (left or right handed).
• Valve assembly VSI-90° DN20 single acting NF shut-off valve with valve ¼ turn upstream for flow control.
• Interchangeable dosing cannula with different output (∅15 by default).
